The staff at the hotel and restaurant was very kind and helpful. In the first night of our stay at the hotel, the hot water tank in the kitchen was leaking. The kitchen and the living area were full of water. After calling the reception at 4 am, a technician came and closed hot water and cleaned the kitchen and living area. We moved to another suite at 12pm. Overall our stay was nice and my children enjoyed the swimming pool, the food at the restaurant, and the entertainment activities. However, matrices in bedrooms and sofa in the living area need to be changed as they are old and uncomfortable.
We are a family of 4 with kids aged 8 and 10 and stayed for a week between New year's eve This is their busiest period and the hotel was fully booked especially with families from Morocco for NYE. The hotel is spacious and despite being full capacity this was hardly noticiable as the site is large. It is situated fairly far out of town approximately 15km North of the town centre. We were welcomed with mint tea by very friendly staff. The apartment was large even though we only stayed in the 1 bedroom. There were two separate toilets and showers, a kitchenette and sofa-bed for the kids. If you stay this time of the year make sure you ask for south-facing room as the balcony was a brilliant suntrap in the otherwise very chilly mornings. Breakfast was served from 7.30am to 10.30am buffet style and was exceptional in quality. Service was prompt and staff made every effort to help. For example we manged to miss the time change the first morning and arrived late. Staff made sure we had a full breakfast anyhow. Another day we left early and staff arranged to bring a cold breakfast to the room the night before albeit not before 11pm. Breakfast was followed by a very proactive friendly animation team who encouraged children to take part in a range of activities. This included a go-ape style high rope activity (adults will enjoy this too), daily mini disco, archery, pétanque. The are also Tennis courts for the interested all of which is free of charge. My wife had a Spa experience and loved it. Starting prices are from about 15 euros depending on the experience. The hotel offers a free Navette transport from 10am, 12am, 3pm, 4pm to place de la Liberté. You still need to walk for about 20-30 min to reach Jemaa el-Fna and the last return is around 7.30pm. Sadly we often found it fully booked and in the end booked taxis on many occasions. A single journey cost 150 dirham (15 Euro) if the hotel orders it. Night returns from town are officially 200 Dirham (20 euros) but we never payed more than 150 dirham. Day retuns should be around 100 dirham. On some occasions we choose to have the buffet style dinner at the hotel which was, like the breakfast, excellent in quality. This was 470 (47 euros) dirhams for all four of us. As we stayed with children we also appreciated the excellent NYE party/dinner. This did not come cheap at 50 euros per adult and half price for the kids (no alcohol) but was a great evening. The entertainment on offer was first class professional and part of it was arranged specifically for the kids in a separate tent to allow adults some time to enjoy some tête-à-tête time. We wished we could have come in a slightly warmer season to fully benefit from the hotel's facilities such as the large pools. They were not used at all as temperatures dropped close to freezing over night. The free Navette service is great but could run more often. Staff were certainly going the extra mile and we would wholeheartedly recommend the Le Vizir to families with children and would not hesitate to book again.
I visited Le Vizir a few years back with my husband and 2 children. I didn’t get round to leaving a review. Thing may have changed, but never got around to leaving a review! Firstly, customer service was amazing, we were welcomed at reception and our luggage was taken to our room/appart. The breakfast buffet was varied, with many options. The vibes at breakfast was memorable, friendly staff with traditional moroccan food and other options. The children had a lot of space to run around and enjoy at the resort. The hammam was one of the best i’ve been to. Professional and friendly. I didn’t rate it 5 stars because, there was 1 negative. On arrival we saw some mice droppings in one of the kitchen cupboards, however, it was cleaned immediately and the manager was professional. We did not see anymore during our stay, neither any Mice Overall, a comfortable stay and what i expected from a 4 star hotel! I would visit again, however our trips tend to be last minute so never find availability for our chosen dates!
Very nice and clean facility. The apartment was large and very well maintained. There are enough towels and bed linen. The highlight are the complex's pools. There are employees everywhere who maintain the facility. Thank you Ghizlane for the great service. There is also a restaurant on site where you can eat well and very cheaply. Very good connection to the center. We will Come back here next year.
It's good place to have fun with kids, but it's really expensive for 3 nights, we paid £700 but stayed only 2 night, your are not allowed to get water bottle more then one, when your having your food as a family, we had to special request for extra one. Overall it's nice place to stay but really expensive, although staff are good but when they mess things up they don't help customers or make them happy.
Absolutely amazing and wonderful rooms are suites, they are wide and so clean. Swimming pool is amazing. Festivities are cheerful. Food is both traditional and modern. Special cars (taxi, for free from.hotel to down town ..each hour )to take you down town. I recommend this place for families with or without kids. 32 mins from airport. Menara Reception team is amazing especially Khaled , he was so helpful and so kind to us!
Visited Le Vizir Center Parc & Resort for one week. Had an amazing experience. The staff are friendly and accommodating to your needs. Me and my family had breakfast included in our deal. The breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold foods.Bakery section was fresh and the juices were refreshing. Overall I would recommend to everyone.
Lovely staff from the moment we arrived, no issues getting set up in our apartment. Good size rooms, clean and well laid out. Great facilities in the resort for all the family. Nice range of food throughout the day, however a tat expensive for some items. A little far from Médina, though a free shuttle service is operated throughout the day at set times, which was really useful. On the whole a great place to visit and would highly recommend, a few issues with door card entry system, a/c and lock not working on certain doors but not worth worrying about. Thumps up
